Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Tashlie, LLC (“Tashlie,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and your choices. It applies only to this website.
Information we collect
This is an informational website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell anything directly through the site. We collect the information you choose to send us, and a log of visits to the site:
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, and any optional company name or phone number you add. We use this to respond to your inquiry, and we may match it with the visit log for the same IP address (see Visit logs below).
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build advertising profiles, and the site does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Visit logs. We log visits to this site (IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, browser) to understand interest in our services. Logs are kept for 90 days and are never sold. Only visits from the United States and Canada are logged. The log is kept by our website host and can be read only by Tashlie staff. We may look up which network an IP address belongs to in public internet registries, and we may match a contact form message with the visits from the same IP address. Requests that look like attempts to break into the site, automated programs, or floods of requests are refused. For refused requests from the United States and Canada we keep the IP address, approximate location, the address requested and the time for 90 days, to protect the site; for those from anywhere else we keep only a count, and, while a block lasts (24 hours at most), the IP address with the reason and time of the block; if we lift a block early, the IP address is kept for 24 hours after that.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to read and respond to your message, follow up about your inquiry, and keep records of our communications. We use the visit log only to understand interest in our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Where your information is stored
Contact form submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a reputable cloud service that acts as our data processor. Access is restricted: submissions can only be created through the form and are not publicly readable. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Spam and abuse protections help prevent automated misuse of the form.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that operate this website on our behalf — for example, our website host, which also stores the visit log, and the cloud database that stores form submissions. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us.
Data retention and your choices
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to address your inquiry and for our reasonable business records. Visit logs are deleted after 90 days. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or the visit log for your IP address, at any time by emailing info@tashliellc.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Website analytics and visitor identification
To understand how our website is used and to identify organizations that may be interested in our services, we use third-party analytics and B2B visitor-identification tools (currently RB2B and Leadfeeder/Dealfront). These tools place a small script on our site that collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view, and may match your IP address against business databases to identify the company associated with a visit (and, in some cases, related professional contact details). We use this information only for our own marketing and business-development purposes and do not sell it. For visitors located outside the United States, these tools load only after you give consent through the cookie banner shown on the site.
