Contact form submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a reputable cloud service that acts as our data processor. Access is restricted: submissions can only be created through the form and are not publicly readable. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Spam and abuse protections help prevent automated misuse of the form.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that operate this website on our behalf — for example, our website host and the cloud database that stores form submissions. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us.
Data retention and your choices
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to address your inquiry and for our reasonable business records. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing info@tashliellc.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
